You own what you create and upload. You are responsible for it, including anything you publish to YouTube through Minavo, and for having the rights to it. Uploads to YouTube are also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
Minavo is a beta service provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Use it at your own risk; keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data or other damages from using it.
We may change or discontinue Minavo, or these terms, at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
